KTM Cribs

KTM Cribs is a CMS-driven real-estate discovery and lead-capture experience built with Next.js and Sanity during Yumesh's Niyalo Creatives internship. The work turned a visual real-estate landing experience into manageable content, responsive search-oriented interfaces, a mortgage-estimator interaction, and validated lead capture.

01

The context

The problem, people, and outcome in view.

The product needed to help prospective home buyers move from broad real-estate exploration to a clear next action. Static marketing content made updates difficult, while listings, neighborhood ideas, mortgage prompts, and contact capture needed to feel like one coherent journey on both desktop and mobile.

The contribution

03

The work

From decisions to the working product.

Process

Yumesh translated the landing-page direction into responsive Next.js sections, then identified which editorial, testimonial, and form-driven information needed to remain editable. He modelled that content in Sanity, added fallback content for CMS-read failures, and defined a narrow estimator interaction that makes its assumptions visible instead of presenting a lending decision as fact.

Solution

A responsive discovery experience for property types, neighborhoods, and home-buying journeys.

Sanity-managed site and testimonial content with fallback content when CMS reads are unavailable.

A client-side mortgage-estimator interface using configured multipliers for property and loan selections.

A Zod-validated contact API that stores lead submissions in Sanity.

Adaptable light/dark presentation and motion, designed to support the brand-led experience across screen sizes.

04

The result

Proof over promises.

The result is a polished real-estate marketing and lead-capture experience with editable content rather than a hard-coded landing page. The estimator is an exploratory UI tool, not financial advice or a production lending-decision engine.

The current studio authentication uses public environment variables and is not production-safe. This is an implementation limitation to address before production use, not a security capability.

Impact

  • Editable content supports ongoing marketing updates.
  • A clear discovery-to-contact path supports prospective buyers.
  • Estimator output is framed as exploration, not financial advice.

Frontend / Next.js

KTM Cribs: Next.js frontend engineering

Built responsive Next.js page sections and interactive browsing journeys for a property-listing site. The frontend turns CMS-managed information into clear public pages for potential renters or buyers.

CMS / Content Modelling

KTM Cribs: Sanity CMS modelling

Connected editable site content, testimonials, and lead data to the real-estate experience through Sanity. The model gives staff a structured way to maintain public information and review incoming enquiries.

Database / Product Discovery & Catalogue Data

KTM Cribs: Real-estate discovery UX

Created search, neighbourhood, and property-type exploration surfaces for browsing listings. These entry points help visitors narrow a catalogue using the terms they are likely to understand first.

Soft Skills / UX Workflow Design

KTM Cribs: Mortgage-estimator UX

Built a client-side mortgage estimator that makes its calculation limits clear to users. The interaction supports early exploration without presenting the estimate as a formal lending decision.

Backend / REST API Design

KTM Cribs: Lead capture API

Validated contact submissions with Zod before storing them in Sanity. This gives lead capture a defined input boundary and creates structured records for follow-up.
